I have hives on my legs and if i do that my hives could get worse, i have cholinergic urticaria. So the only problem is that i cannot rub my legs with the ground or let my legs touch other stuff (i also wear light and loose clothing). so i could stand up and pray, and then sit down on the chair if need! so how do i go bout doing this?

Selamunaleykum brother, i have had a very difficult surgery on my knee i am at early stages and i can not move in any way. Brother i am in so much pain and i have not prayed for a while, may allah forgive me, but ive been trying to research how i can pray just lying on my back with my head facing the sky as i cannot move any other way.
